Excellent service from my first call to Natika, (exploring my options to replace a gas water heater) - Natika was very knowledgable and provided useful advice which assisted my decision. This was followed by the prompt installation of a small electric water heater on loan pending installation of the full replacement; this was not expected and much appreciated! I opted for a Rheem Ambipower Heat Pump (reasonably priced including a current special by Rheem) which was installed by Mark the following week; the installation was excellent without any issues and was very neat with great communication about certain aspects (location, pipes to external unit etc) which I appreciated. Mark is very personable and was patient and prepared to answer all manner of questions. I am not yet in a position to provide a review of the Heat Pump itself (all is good so far) but I highly recommend this business and will gladly use them again!!

I've just recently had the Haier Monoblock Heat Pump Water Heater installed. The installers, Hotwater.com.au, were efficient and helpful, getting the job done smoothly in no time. The product was installed a couple weeks ago and so far it has been great, I've had no issues with the temperature and the pressure. I'm running it in ECO mode so it is as efficient as possible. I previously had gas just for hot water so I will no longer be receiving gas bills, saving me over a thousand dollars a year. I have solar and a battery, so running the heat pump costs me nothing now. Great investment, it will pay for itself in no time. Extremely satisfied and happy I made the decision go forward with the installation of the Haier Monoblock Heat Pump Water Heater.

New Haier 330L heat pump installed at a good price to replace an old gas unit. It runs from our solar system and we have removed the gas connection at the meter, meaning we no longer need to pay for a gas service charge. The guys turned up on time, had it installed in a few hours and die a nice neat job, and although the unit itself looks a bit like a Dalek it sits behind a fence where nobody will see it.

I highly recommend this organisation. I bought a heat pump water heater to replace gas instant. The whole process took about maybe 2 weeks from first enquiry to installation - amazingly fast! They were very responsive to questions, I was given good advice about available systems (the one I originally wanted was not available), it was a competitive quote and they organised all the rebates so I didnt have to work it out for myself.
