We had been planning to convert our home to fully electric, when our gas HW system gave up and made the decision an urgent one. Natika was amazing, explaining how the rebates worked and offered us a payment option that suited us. We now have a beautiful new heat pump hot water system, have ditched gas for good and a sleek induction hot plate to replace the gas stove. Thank you 😊.

One needs to do your homework properly to get the best value for money. We have done that. The best company to supply the product, do ALL the rebates admin, installation of our iStore heat pump including the plumbing as well as electrical work AND removing the old heater… all this in a few hours. Had a temporary unit installed to get us through the weekend when our old unit died and then the nicest crew turned up promptly on Monday to install the new iSolar unit. Very neat and tidy job, everything fully explained - couldn’t ask for a better experience.

The team were fantastic after the heat pump hot water at my parent's house broke down, i got a few quotes with different options within half an hour, the job was booked into their next availability and they turned up on time, cleaned up and everything was working perfectly. Great experience dealing with hotwater.com.au, I had several questions about how the transition would work to disconnect our existing gas and install an Istore heat-pump to run off our PV system and all the staff were extremely helpful.
Even though it took me awhile to finally commit they were able to redo my old quote quickly when I did decide to go ahead.
Quote was extremely competitive and everything was clearly written / explained. The 12 months interest free Zip option was also a nice touch.
It’s been a few weeks since install and everything has been working perfectly, I look forward to seeing the savings and knowing that I am having a positive impact on the environment at the same time.

The technicians arrived on time. They asked if I wanted them to remove their boots before walking on the carpet. They worked steadily and efficiently. Due to the age of the heater they advised me to purchase a Co Meter. I have followed this advice ! I am very happy with the service given !

Customer service second to none. Decided to buy a heat pump and landed in the best possible position for this costly purchase, starting with hotwater.com.au's informative website. Purchase and installation (thanks, Mark and Liam) were so easy and professional. All necessary documentation followed from Natika in the office, an absolute gem. When hot water failed on a Saturday night due to an idiosyncracy in weekend timing for this model, Natika answered our cry on Sunday morning and, although I managed to get hot water back on, by Monday Liam was dispatched to check out the system.
