Any damage on systems which we sell is completely cosmetic, and has absolutely no impact on system performance. They may have been scratched while handling, or dented during transit, but these systems still come with their full manufacturing warranty as well as our installation guarantee. Most importantly, hot water systems are expensive! If you aren’t too worried about a small blemish on the outside of your unit you could be looking at a $200 – $400 discount off RRP supply and install cost!
