Natika was so helpful with advising us on costs and the different types of Gas HWS available. She had us booked in the next day and Mark advised and quoted us on the job. Having received a quote from elsewhere, I was SHARPE enough to check around and HOTWATER quoted 55% less (on a final invoice of $1,200 you can work out how high the original quote was!). Very impressed with the whole process and competitive price. Aaron was friendly, thorough and explained everything as he went along. Nitika also followed up the next day, leaving a very detailed message. You're never quite sure when you pick a company cold from the Google search, but these guys were great.

RECOMMENDEDWe used GM Hotwater to install a Rinnai water heater, Natika in the office was very helpful and Aaron the technician who installed it was very polite and did a neat installation. We got three quotes and they offered the best value and included all the electrical work avoiding the need for us to arrange a separate electrician.

This is what all Service should be measured by/against, from initial call to install took about 36 hours, unit arrived 8:45 the next morning and the installers were here at 8:50, job done everything cleaned and old unit taken away, Well done guys. Fantastic.

Made the call in the morning, said they would be able to do the job same day and told me the Hot Water service would arrive around noon via courier and the plumber would be there mid afternoon. Both events happened as stated and we had hot water that night. Plumber was friendly and helpful including manhandling the water tank down some awkward steps. Left site tidy as well (unusual for plumbers) Very happy with everything including the price which was much better than the competition.

These guy's are the best and I don't say that lightly, this was by far the the most stress free experience i have ever had, when it comes to plumbing anyway. In a mater of hrs they were onsite with a new heater the whole job was completed by the time I got home no fuss no mess fully installed and working hot water service, I was elated with the job the service and the price. I felt like I was there only customer and and nothing was too hard for them from running a new gas line and installing a power point and fuse, well done guy's you made my dayregards Les
