From initial contact with Natika with very competitive quote she had installation fitted into our tight schedule. The communication by her was second to none. The installation team were great and fitment was perfect. The Reclaim Management team from interstate were also very impressive. The System is so quiet and hotwater supply is better than ever and so inexpensive to run, but expected from the top of the range system. Helpful staff that are clued up on rebates/schemes to get some money back. I found the heat pump installation smooth, 180lt good size for 3 people, even with long showers and hot water is quicker than instantaneous hot water. It is more expensive initially, but should pay for itself in gas savings.
