Absolutely excellent service. After receiving over the top quotes from 2 other companies called hotwater.com.au. No call out fee, I was given a quote over the phone, literally thousands cheaper! Hot water unit was installed the next day. The plumber they sent was on time, very good to deal with and professional. Even though the installation took longer than expected there was no extra charge. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Helpful staff that are clued up on rebates/schemes to get some money back. I found the heat pump installation smooth, 180lt good size for 3 people, even with long showers and hot water is quicker than instantaneous hot water. It is more expensive initially, but should pay for itself in gas savings.
