Hot water unit was installed the next day. The plumber they sent was on time, very good to deal with and professional. Helpful staff that are clued up on rebates/schemes to get some money back. I found the heat pump installation smooth, 180lt good size for 3 people, even with long showers and hot water is quicker than instantaneous hot water. It is more expensive initially, but should pay for itself in gas savings.
