SERVICES

Very happy with the supply and installation of my heat pump water heater. Good quote and they had the system up and running in no time. Took the old unit away and left no mess behind. Took care of claiming the government rebates. Would recommend this company.

I found this business to be outstanding. Office staff, installation team all friendly, highly trained and efficient. On top of that competitively priced and had the accreditation to handle my concession, compliance etc entirely. Great result, thank you.

From start to finish excellent service & communication. Replaced old electric to a Heat Pump system Haier Monoblock 250L. Happy with installation & finish, very professional company to deal with.

Hotwater.com.au replaced our old gas storage tank with a heat pump. Communication throughout the process was excellent. The work was completed without hassle and at a very competitive price. I highly recommend their products and service.

We changed an instant gas water unit over for a Haier heat pump water heater through Hotwater.com. From our first inquiry, the measure and quote and the final installation the service received was excellent. All staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend this company they have skilled installers who are respectful and know their job as well as a terrific in house team to answer your questions! One of the best companies I have dealt with

Very happy with the whole team at Hotwater.com. The office staff were very quick to respond with any queries throughout the quoting and installation process. Price was very competitive. We dealt with Mark throughout the supply and installation of our new heat pump. Very polite, engaging and professional, took the time to ensure that any concerns or queries we had were addressed. The installation was amazing, plumbing was very neat and well present. Thank you Mark and Braden on great job.

Very happy with hot water.com.au. We swapped an old gas hot water storage tank over to a continuous flow unit. They provided a free quote and good price, followed up by excellent workmanship. Would highly recommend.

Great service from sales to installation

The service and professionalism of the staff at Hotwater.com.au is excellent. I have used them at 2 properties, and both times they provided a fair market price with great results. They are also very good at explaining what needs to be done and why for more complicated replacements. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their hot water service.

Excellent service from my first call to Natika, (exploring my options to replace a gas water heater) - Natika was very knowledgable and provided useful advice which assisted my decision. This was followed by the prompt installation of a small electric water heater on loan pending installation of the full replacement; this was not expected and much appreciated! I opted for a Rheem Ambipower Heat Pump (reasonably priced including a current special by Rheem) which was installed by Mark the following week; the installation was excellent without any issues and was very neat with great communication about certain aspects (location, pipes to external unit etc) which I appreciated. Mark is very personable and was patient and prepared to answer all manner of questions. I am not yet in a position to provide a review of the Heat Pump itself (all is good so far) but I highly recommend this business and will gladly use them again!!

We had recently our new hot water heater installed by HOTWATER.com.au.and we are totally happy with the overall result. Initially we wanted to replace our gas hot water system but due to some complexities, needed to look at other options. We decided on the Haier Heatpump system and it’s working amazingly. The service was first class, from quoting to installation. Everyone was super helpful and the communication throughout the process is excellent. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to replace their hot water system.

This business really knows how to do business!! Courteous, prompt, punctual (how rare is this these days!) and professional. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!

No complaints at all. Were responsive, friendly, price was good and got job done asap. Very happy with service.

I've just recently had the Haier Monoblock Heat Pump Water Heater installed. The installers, Hotwater.com.au, were efficient and helpful, getting the job done smoothly in no time. The product was installed a couple weeks ago and so far it has been great, I've had no issues with the temperature and the pressure. I'm running it in ECO mode so it is as efficient as possible. I previously had gas just for hot water so I will no longer be receiving gas bills, saving me over a thousand dollars a year. I have solar and a battery, so running the heat pump costs me nothing now. Great investment, it will pay for itself in no time. Extremely satisfied and happy I made the decision go forward with the installation of the Haier Monoblock Heat Pump Water Heater.

A big thanks to Mark and the team! Fantastic service from start to finish. The hot water service removal and installation was completed quickly and the communciation was excellent. The installers took the time to explain everything clearly including how to get the best efficiency out of our new heater. Really impressed with price and quality of the installation. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great job at a great price. Very happy with the hot water upgrade which was completed promptly by polite and professional trades people.

Great company to work with, excellent service, seamless installation, good value, highly recommend.

100% would recommend. Super happy with my heat pump install. Super clean and the team were very efficient, friendly and professional through the whole process. They organised and helped figure out all the rebates too. Huge thanks to the team at hot water!

They were very friendly and professional with their work. I was very happy with their service. I would highly recommend this company for future customers.

We were delighted with the prompt and professional support displayed by Mark and his team. He provided an honest assessment of our requirements and the installation of our Haier Heat Pump was faultless which is more than could be said of the gas system it replaced

Good sales guidance, and then a very proficient installation team quickly and thoroughly did their work.

Completely professional crew that installed our new iStore water heater, gave the overview we needed to get oriented to the owner's manual. They were able to find ways to make a difficult location work safely when other companies couldn't.

Very impressed with Mark and his team who replaced our hot water heater with a heat pump system. They were professional, efficient and friendly, and the after-sales service exceptional. Highly recommend this company for any hot water needs.

Booked in a job and done within a week. Great service and the installation from Ken was top notch. Very happy and no more gas…..thankyou

New Haier 330L heat pump installed at a good price to replace an old gas unit. It runs from our solar system and we have removed the gas connection at the meter, meaning we no longer need to pay for a gas service charge. The guys turned up on time, had it installed in a few hours and die a nice neat job, and although the unit itself looks a bit like a Dalek it sits behind a fence where nobody will see it.

This company i cannot thank enought, they were so honest and up front about everything. Very friendly staff and tradespeople very professional & friendly personnel. You saved us when we needed you the most cannot thank you guys enough 🙏

Installed a heat pump hot water system and removed my old gas tank system. Thorough, friendly and helpful. Great work 👍

Reached out to replace our water heater since the old one broke down. Right now definitely not the best time for a hot water heater break down under this chilly weather. These guys were prompt to reply, gave us quote with great transparency and patiently replying our enquiries. Superb communications! Quote was reasonably priced, they recommended the heater that’s suitable for my household usage, and the job was done efficiently and neatly. Really delighted with the new water heater and the staff professionalism. Can’t recommend enough to anyone who’s looking for professionals over water heater issues.

Very pleased with the hot water service, they did a great job replacing our pipes, they took less time than quoted and an overall top job, the young men were polite and friendly too. Highly recommend. Would not hesitate using them again. Thanks!

With much relief we replaced a 16 year old hot water tank just before it exploded! The lads from HOT WATER COM AU were very professional when installing. We're super pumped so far! (pump intended)

Great service, communication and value for money

Ken, Andrew and Ethan did a great job of removing the old solar hot water service and installing the new one, under difficult circumstances. Very quick and efficient. Thank you

Team were great to deal with. Online enquiry response was very prompt and work completed with no fuss. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Suddenly no hot water in the morning! Fixed by mid afternoon with a new installation. Great comms, speedy service and a competitive quote. Thank you!

Decided to have our 18 year old Bosch 17e hot water heater replaced today with a Rinnai B20. Provided a competitive quotation, the complete experience and customer service has been excellent. The person attending (Ethan) provided fantastic service, and provided a quality installation, and excellent customer service. Can highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience. Natika and the rest of the team were extremely responsive and supportive, helping us through the process of delayed rebates, even lending us a spare hot water unit due to rebate delays. It's really nice to know that this high level of customer service and support still exists in SA. Highly recommend. Thanks again team

Excellent job. They made sure I got all my discounts and rebates. Very happy. :)

From initial contact through to the prompt installation, the entire team were extremely friendly, helpful, and very efficient in ensuring the heat pump install went as smoothly as possible. From Sales to the final install, they all deserve their Five Star rating, and can highly recommend them for your hot water needs.

Professional job. On time and on budget.

This was a great company to deal with. They were really helpful from the quote and admin side, explaining HWS options clearly and providing detailed quotes for each, including any rebates. The tradies turned up on time, and despite the difficulty of getting my old solar HWS off the roof, did the job efficiently and with no complaints. They were very solutions focussed, polite, friendly and helpful at all times. I am very happy with my new 250L heat pump HWS. I was also very happy with the level of service provided which made it a stress free process. I am a happy customer and would highly recommend this company.
