The Hotwater.com.au team has over 20 years’ experience helping Adelaide homeowners. We’re not the type of company that tries to do it all. Instead, we focus in on providing premium hot water system sales, servicing and installations.
Hot water work (along with some water filtration) is all we do, and because of this, we do it really well. So, why choose us over other Adelaide hot water companies? I highly recommend this organisation. I bought a heat pump water heater to replace gas instant. The whole process took about maybe 2 weeks from first enquiry to installation - amazingly fast! They were very responsive to questions, I was given good advice about available systems (the one I originally wanted was not available), it was a competitive quote and they organised all the rebates so I didnt have to work it out for myself. I am pretty happy with the service of HOT WATER COM AU. From quoting to installation, easy, professional and quick for each step. They don’t charge for quoting and be honest with government rebate that has exhausted at the end of year. Comparing to the other company that I also contacted which charge for quoting and hide the fact that two rebates are available but one exhausted. Change from gas to heat pump water system is much easier than I thought when I chose HOT WATER COM AU to do it for me and price is pretty good as well. Highly recommended!

I got a few quotes for a heat pump and asked these guys if they could beat them and they did and pointed out why they reduced the price by $100 bucks which I thought was excellent service not there to rip me off and the installation was neat and tidy for a plumber and the apprentice and off course and I had ring the office and the receptionist was helpful and had amazing customer service polite and bubbly to keep up the great work Dean.

Installed a IStore 270L through these guys presale service excellent as I asked lots of questions, the installation crew arrived on time neat and tidy install no problems and Hotwater.com employ all thier installers no subcontractors which I prefer.
Now we have heaps of hot water and our electricity is only $0.06 cents KWh as we have solar panels and a battery.

This was definitely NOT their fault but they helped us solve the issue anyway.
Their communication and replies to questions are superb .
Any business is happy to take your money but the quality of the business is what they do when there is an issue and this is the gold standard for customer service.
This business passes that test with flying colours and I could not recommend them more highly.
Emphatically recommend.

The unit has been installed now for over a week and has proved to be great, using solar power to heat our water supply. Can’t recommend the unit more and also the work carried out by Hotwater.com. Thanks a heap guys.

Hot water unit broke down and Ray white called a plumber. Purity plumbing and gas comes over and provides a quote for $1,800.00 to fix and install.
As I was at work and had no time to sort this out I decided to proceed. Thankfully, it was close of business and installation was to be done the following day.
When I went home, I searched online and came across these guys in a facebook ad. Called them early in the morning, spoke to Nitika and could not believe the quote of $1,295.00 supplied and installed SAME DAY, EXACT SAME RINNAI B20 MODEL! Absolutely no dramas, no call out fees, nothing! These guys saved me $500.00. I wish all plumbers were like this open and upfront quotes, no bull shit. Unluckily for me, Purity plumbing and Gas proceeded to charge me $165.00 for call out and quote. Thanks to these guys, I still saved $335.00 🙏🙌❤️
