I highly recommend this organisation. I bought a heat pump water heater to replace gas instant. The whole process took about maybe 2 weeks from first enquiry to installation - amazingly fast! They were very responsive to questions, I was given good advice about available systems (the one I originally wanted was not available), it was a competitive quote and they organised all the rebates so I didnt have to work it out for myself. I am pretty happy with the service of HOT WATER COM AU. From quoting to installation, easy, professional and quick for each step. They don’t charge for quoting and be honest with government rebate that has exhausted at the end of year. Comparing to the other company that I also contacted which charge for quoting and hide the fact that two rebates are available but one exhausted. Change from gas to heat pump water system is much easier than I thought when I chose HOT WATER COM AU to do it for me and price is pretty good as well. Highly recommended!

Installed a IStore 270L through these guys presale service excellent as I asked lots of questions, the installation crew arrived on time neat and tidy install no problems and Hotwater.com employ all thier installers no subcontractors which I prefer.
Now we have heaps of hot water and our electricity is only $0.06 cents KWh as we have solar panels and a battery.

They are always ready to help even when we had an initial issue with the Hot water heater.
This was definitely NOT their fault but they helped us solve the issue anyway.
Their communication and replies to questions are superb .
