One needs to do your homework properly to get the best value for money. We have done that. The best company to supply the product, do ALL the rebates admin, installation of our iStore heat pump including the plumbing as well as electrical work AND removing the old heater… all this in a few hours. Another five star review! The service from start to finish was amazing. Had a temporary unit installed to get us through the weekend when our old unit died and then the nicest crew turned up promptly on Monday to install the new iSolar unit. Great experience dealing with hotwater.com.au, I had several questions about how the transition would work to disconnect our existing gas and install an Istore heat-pump to run off our PV system and all the staff were extremely helpful.Even though it took me awhile to finally commit they were able to redo my old quote quickly when I did decide to go ahead.Quote was extremely competitive and everything was clearly written / explained. The 12 months interest free Zip option was also a nice touch.It’s been a few weeks since install and everything has been working perfectly, I look forward to seeing the savings and knowing that I am having a positive impact on the environment at the same time.

The technicians arrived on time. They asked if I wanted them to remove their boots before walking on the carpet. They worked steadily and efficiently. Due to the age of the heater they advised me to purchase a Co Meter. I have followed this advice ! I am very happy with the service given !

Customer service second to none. Decided to buy a heat pump and landed in the best possible position for this costly purchase, starting with hotwater.com.au's informative website. Purchase and installation (thanks, Mark and Liam) were so easy and professional. All necessary documentation followed from Natika in the office, an absolute gem. When hot water failed on a Saturday night due to an idiosyncracy in weekend timing for this model, Natika answered our cry on Sunday morning and, although I managed to get hot water back on, by Monday Liam was dispatched to check out the system. I had a problem with freeze issues on a rinnai solar heater panel. It failed on a friday and this company was very supportive and able to replace defective units under warranty by the following tuesday. Awesome support and customer detail. Thank you .. up here in littlehampton during winter not having access to a hot shower is like medieval torture .... HOT WATER BLISS AGAIN :)

We had a heat pump hot water tank installed to replace a broken down rooftop system. We got good advice over the phone, and very prompt service. I hadn't realised what a complicated job it would be, but these folks coped with everything. Top marks.

I have just has a heat pump installed and the service i received was outstanding.The team that answer the phone are very helpful and obliging.They are also know which rebates that you are entitled to.The plumbers and the electrician came on time and did an excellent job.At the end they even cleaned up after themselves.This is a great company who give outstanding customer service and have a great crew working for them.I would happily reccomend them to others

The first thing I would like to say is to commend HOTWATER.COM.AU for installing the iStore heat pump hot water system very efficiently and professionally at my home on 9 May 2024. The two plumbers undertook the installation with minimum interference to our normal activities, and left the house with little evidence that they had been present for just over 2 hours, except for a spanking new hot water system located outside the house. The electrician came after the plumbers had left but spent a bit more time than the installers inside and outside the house and above the ceiling. He did a great job wiring up the hot water system and reorganising the primary and secondary switch boards. The plumbers and electrician were extremely respectful and considerate of other people, and took away all unwanted materials, including the entire old solar hot water system from the roof. They left my house with the guarantee that the equipment would work perfectly, and so far the system has not missed a beat. We are getting a good supply of hot water when required and are extremely pleased to have chosen hotwater.com.au to be the supplier and installer. We received two Government rebates which was a bonus indeed. The staff at the office were easy to communicate with and ensured that the installation went smoothly. All in all, the changeover of the hot water system at my home was quite painless, thanks to the highly trained technicians who carried out their assignments with care and dedication.

Absolutely excellent service. After receiving over the top quotes from 2 other companies called hotwater.com.au. No call out fee, I was given a quote over the phone, literally thousands cheaper! Hot water unit was installed the next day. The plumber they sent was on time, very good to deal with and professional. Even though the installation took longer than expected there was no extra charge. I can’t recommend this company highly enough. reasonable pricing for replacing a 16L Rinnai Infiniti water heater. saved me more than half of what i got previously quoted. luckily they were able to accommodate the job same day we called. efficient with doing the job as well, and had finished within an hour or so. will definitely recommend this local.
